UiPath delivered a standout performance in Q3 fiscal 2026, with adjusted earnings of $0.16 per share surpassing the $0.15 consensus. Revenue climbed 16% year-over-year to $411.1 million, comfortably exceeding the $392 million analyst forecast. The automation software firm achieved its first GAAP-profitable quarter, generating $13 million in operating income.

Annual recurring revenue grew 11% to $1.78 billion, with $59 million in net new ARR added during the quarter. UiPath's balance sheet remains robust with $1.52 billion in cash and marketable securities. The company's Q4 revenue guidance of $462-467 million slightly outperforms Wall Street's $463.3 million expectation.

Investors rewarded the strong execution with a 10% after-hours rally, building on a 3.9% gain during regular trading. CEO Daniel Dines attributed the results to disciplined execution and expanding customer adoption of the company's automation solutions.
